Shipping Policy

At Petit Charlie, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

    • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Delivery estimates depend on the shipping option chosen during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days.
  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Petit Charlie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Petit Charlie. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
  2. Return Process:

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If the return is due to an item being damaged or incorrect, Petit Charlie will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with evidence of the damage or error.
